Pediatric Home Health Across Northern California

We plan to bring skilled, family-centered nursing to children with complex medical needs in eight counties, from Sacramento and the foothills to the East Bay and South Bay. Choose your county to see the communities we’ll serve.

Not sure which county you're in, or don't see your city?

Coverage Questions

When will you start accepting clients?

We're completing state licensing now, with accreditation to follow. Join the waitlist and we'll contact you as soon as we open.

I live just outside these counties. Can you still help?

Please call us. We may be able to help, or point you to another agency that serves your area.

What ages do you care for?

We are still going through licensure and accreditation, but we plan to care for pediatric patients, ages 0-18.

Can you help when my child is coming home from the hospital?

Yes. Hospital-to-home transition is a service we plan to offer. We hope to coordinate with your child's discharge team so care starts smoothly.
