What We Do
Our licensed nurses provide in-home medical care such as, but not limited to, medication administration, wound care, respiratory care, tube feedings, and management of chronic conditions like asthma and diabetes.
Our certified aides assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing support for families with tasks such as, but not limited to, bathing, feeding, functional mobility, and hygiene. Our aides are compassionate, reliable, and committed to building a bond with the children they care for.
Why Choose Us?
Our CEO’s personal journey with pediatric home health care informs every decision we make. He is deeply committed to ensuring that every child and family we work with receives the same level of compassionate, high-quality care that supported his own family.
Understanding the physical, emotional, and logistical challenges that families face is at the core of our service. We work closely with families to provide the support, education, and resources needed to navigate the complexities of caring for a child with medical needs. We believe that family is at the heart of pediatric care. We actively involve families in the care process, and empower them in their child’s care.
Our licensed nurses, and aides are more than just healthcare providers. They are caregivers who understand the unique needs of pediatric patients and their families. Many of our team members have a personal experience with pediatric medical conditions and caregiving, making them not only qualified but deeply empathetic.
Our multidisciplinary team works together to create a comprehensive care plan for each child. We coordinate with pediatricians, specialists, and other medical providers to ensure seamless, well-rounded care is provided.
Navigating insurance and billing can be overwhelming. Our team is here to help you understand your options, ensure eligibility, and manage the financial aspects of care, making the process as easy as possible.

Ensuring Quality Pediatric Home Health Services Through Licensing and Accreditation
M&M Healing Hands Home Health Services, LLC is actively completing the required state licensing process through the California Department of Public Health. This approval allows us to officially provide licensed pediatric nursing, home health aide services, and care coordination in the home. Once this step is finalized, we will move into the accreditation phase through a nationally recognized accrediting body. Accreditation includes a detailed review of our safety procedures, clinical standards, staff training, and care quality to ensure that our services meet the highest level of professional excellence.
While we complete these important requirements, our team is preparing all systems, care protocols, and support resources so we can begin serving families as soon as licensure is granted. We will announce our official start date for accepting new clients shortly, and we are excited to support children and families across Northern California.
What This Means For You
This process ensures that every part of our organization meets strict standards for safety, quality, and family-focused care. It means your child will receive services from a team that is fully trained, fully approved by the state, and guided by best practices in pediatric home health. Once our licensing and accreditation is complete, you can feel confident that you are choosing a provider that is prepared, verified, and ready to care for your family with compassion and professionalism.
