Each member of our team brings unique expertise and heartfelt dedication to the work we do.
Michael Murdoch
Founder & CEO / Home Health Liaison
Michael founded M&M Healing Hands after spending nearly a year in the NICU/PICU with his daughter. Having no medical background, he transitioned to life at home with the help of home health care. His daughter came home requiring oxygen and suctioning, dependent on a ventilator with a trach 24 hours a day. She required G-tube feedings through a Joey pump, roughly 20 different medications around the clock, and 24-hour monitoring. His firsthand experience inspired him to build a company rooted in empathy, expertise, and advocacy. In addition to overseeing business operations and long-term strategy, Michael also engages directly with hospital discharge planners, case managers, and pediatric practices to build strong referral relationships and educate them on the specialized services M&M provides.
